
Why counselling?
We all have times in our lives when we need help, when we’re struggling with difficult and unwelcome circumstances and feelings. Talking to someone outside your situation can help. When you’re stuck and there are no easy answers, talking about it can help you to see things differently, to find your way forward to a new place.
In counselling I use integrated person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. We start by talking together about what you want from counselling and how we can work together towards this. This forms the basis for a working relationship where you can be heard and taken seriously.
